Although its main focus remains on the Brazilian research community, SBRC also welcomes submissions in English from foreign researchers and practicioners. Authors are invited to submit full papers containing results of their scientific or technological research in the fields of Computer Networks and Distributed Systems. The paper is expected to describe the problem, the conceptual basis, an assessment of the proposed solution, as well as the main contribution of the paper when compared to related work.

The authors of the best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to the Journal of Internet Services and Applications (JISA) - when written in English - or the Brazilian Journal of Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (RB -RESD). All papers accepted and presented in the main track of the symposium will be published in IEEE Xplore.
