Software defined networking(SDN) and network functions virtualization (NFV) technologies have received significant attention over the last few years.  In contrast to traditional networks, SDN decouples the control and data planes through an open and standard interface to enhance programmability and flexibility of carrier grade net works.

Submitted papers will subject to stringent peer review by at least three experts and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published in conference proceeding, which will be indexed in EI and Scopus. Furthermore, the selected papers will be published in the special issues of prestigious international journals after further revision.
