1 Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

2 Review Process
All papers will be blind peer reviewed by at least three reviewers and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference.

3 Paper Length:
Maximum 10 pages, including the abstract (no more than 150 words), all figures and references for Full papers.
Maximum 4 pages, including the abstract (no more than 150 words), all figures and references for Short Papers.

4 Language and Submission
